Great job. Detailed workmanship. Thorough explanation about the scope of work. They did the job in less time than I thought it would take.
Had my 20 year old roof redone. Multiple layers of shingles removed, roof deck repaired/replaced in areas that had damage or don't meet current standards. It was a big job. I felt like the price was reasonable and that Shingle Pro Roofing really asked ALL the questions necessary when making the quote and before starting work. No surprises, no big estimates. They also had a great contact for replacing my gutters (which I told them to just rip off and junk). The roof looks amazing, all my leaks were resolved and I feel very confident with the quality and clean-up done afterwards.

Had a great experience with shingles Pros including getting an onsite quote which was very reasonable (and better quality than other companies that don’t have as high of quality supplies or pull permits). I also appreciated help with finding shingles that would complement my house color. Work was professional, detailed and turned out beautifully!
Trust the stellar reviews. Shingle Pro lives up to the hype. Other companies may have high reviews (though not 5.0) and similar CertainTeed certification, but they do not compare. If you want quality work done right, go with Shingle Pro.
The owner, Jason, personally came out to do the initial assessment and quote. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable from his many years of personal experience in the roofing industry. He gave us plenty of choice in the design of roof but also tailored several recommendations based on the specifics of our roof/house. The other companies who gave us quotes sent out some employee who seemed like they had more experience in sales than roofing. They either gave us the standard recommendation they give to all customers or just provided a tiered menu of options with escalating prices without any guidance as to what made sense for us. I had plenty of patient and detailed discussion with Jason about our options, and at no point did I feel like I was getting a “hard sell”. While Shingle Pro’s price was not the cheapest, it was certainly competitive. More importantly, I had little doubts about the quality of the work.
Shingle Pro is a CertainTeed Premier contractor and all of the team are Master Shingle Applicators - and this does afford you the highest level of warranty. But this is not what truly separates Shingle Pro from its competitors. When it comes to the work itself, Jason deliberately incentivizes quality work over speed by paying his crews by the hour (as opposed to by the job) and seems to take care of his employees. The foreman, Camilo, and his whole crew were super professional. They were super polite, always prompt to start their work, and left the worksite clean at the end of each day. Most days, I would come home to find Camilo staying late to make some extra progress or finish some section.
I was thoroughly satisfied with our experience with Shingle Pro. Jason, Camilo, and all of their crew were top notch. I have zero qualms in strongly recommending them to others and have already done so to some of our friends. Just don’t dilly dally or wait for an emergency. The public knows Shingle Pro is good at what they do and keeps them busy!

The workers themselves were absolutely phenomenal, very polite and courteous, as well as patient with our toddler wanting to see everything they were up to.

Shingle Pro did an amazing job installing my roof. I felt very comfortable working with the owner throughout, who did not try to “sell” me on anything and was transparent with everything over the course of the roof process. The crew that worked on the project was impressively hard working and respectful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who cares about the craftsmanship being put into their home.
Shingle Pro Roofing is top notch. They use superior products like heavy gauge drip edge and Certainteed shingles, etc. You get 160 mph wind rating because of how the shingles are installed and an incredible warranty. Their crew are all great guys, especially Camilo, the crew foreman. His carpentry work is fantastic, and he's a super nice guy. Jason and Kim, the owners, are upfront about everything and really care about customer satisfaction. I'm very happy I chose them to replace my roof.
